Each year we gather on the beautiful grounds of H.E.R. Living Campus with yogis and energy workers from various disciplines to share our love for yoga in a natural setting. This year we will expand to include Yoga, Martial Arts, Meditation, and Zumba.
This event is appropriate for beginners and seasoned practitioners of Yoga. This is a great way to try many different styles to find ones that fit your spirit. It's also a great time to connect with other people who are on a path to peaceful quality of life.
